988 Hotline Collab - Check On Your Teammates
Unfortunately, as time goes on, we all have more ways our lives are affected by suicide, and it breaks our hearts to know there’s so many people among us hurting. We are deep believers in supporting the causes out there doing work to help with this. We created the sentiment of “checking on your teammates” a few years back and have been going harder with it.
What once was a fundraiser we did for the month of September (Suicide Awareness Month) has now become a year-round staple on our site. We firmly believe that the more shirts are out there with the simple sentiment and the 988 hotline we can cause change. The reminder to check on some buds who you haven’t heard from in a while, maybe people you know are struggling, or even an internal dialog to reach a handout to a friend.
We will continue to spread the word, help raise funds, and check on our teammates. Hope you do the same. Text a few buds today to check in on them…could mean a world of difference.
