1. Review our Return Policies

  • Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, animal hair, smoke or any damage. We will notify you via email if refused.
  • You must file a return form in the Returns Portal within 30-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back.
  • Original form of payment refunds may take 2-3 business days for your bank to finalize once we issue a refund. You will be notified about any refunds, store credit codes, or exchanges via email that was used to place the order.
  • Returns/exchanges may be subject to a small shipping label fee.
  • All mystery and sale items purchased from the sale page (excluding promotional discount sales) are final and return requests for refunds or store credit will not be approved. Size exchanges are the ONLY exchange allowed.
  • Only items purchased at and NOT marked FINAL-SALE can be returned.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you received the WRONG item or the item you received was DAMAGED, please email and DO NOT start the returns process. 

2a. U.S. Domestic Returns: 

  • Please use this LINK to start the returns/exchange process through our return portal. 

2b. International Returns:

  • Please email us at to proceed. DO NOT complete the domestic Returns Portal.

2c. Local In-Person Warehouse/Store/VGHQ Returns:

  • Please bring your item and an order number to our Store in Costa Mesa, CA during our store hours to complete the return/exchange in-person. Store address and hours can be found HERE. No need to complete the returns portal.
