How do I redeem my rewards at checkout and what is the minimum cart amount required to unlock my redeption options?+
To redeem your points in checkout, you must log into your VIOLENT GENTLEMEN rewards account first. Next use the dropdown directly below your cart total to select the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. Please note there is a $10 minimum spend before shipping/taxes and after points have been applied. To redeem your points, add at least $10 more to your cart than the amount of points you would like to use to unlock the redemption option. Please note, points can only be redeem in 50 point increments, for 100-400 points per order.
Can I used Shop Pay and redeem my points?+
Yes! Just login to your Shop Pay account then use the dropdown directly below your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. Please note, points can only be redeem in 50 point increments, for 100-400 points per order.
How do I sign up for the rewards program?+
Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password.
It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?+
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for various engagement activities and members have the chance to earn special access to various promotions. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.
I already have a Violent Gentlemen account. Do I need to create a new one? +
Nope! We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account just need to login using their original account email and password. Please note: all purchases placed under your account since 1/1/2022 have been added towards your VIP TIER spend total. This does NOT add rewards points from prior purchases to your account to redeem at checkout for a discount, rather it moves you closer to earning that next VIP tier to unlock more benefits.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?+
Contact customer service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?+
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
Can I redeem my Rewards Points with a another discount code?+
No. VG Loyalty Rewards Points cannot be combined/stacked with other discount codes at this time.
Do points expire?+
Yes, your points will expire after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.
Do I earn points when purchasing a gift card? +
Yes, you can earn points by purchasing egift cards or physical gift cards*** and checking out under your account. However, you will NOT earn points for the value of a gift card when it is applied to your order. If your gift card does not cover the entire balance, you will receive points for the remaining balance.
***physical gift cards are only available for purchase at our Team Store at VGHQ in Costa Mesa, CA.
