I wear VG shorts all summer - comfortable and functional
After giving these puppies an honest try, I can say these shorts are not my favorite.
The waist and length and everything are just fine, it's the fit. The cotton is really REALLY stiff, and I feel like I can't walk or squat down, they just tighten. It almost feels like canvas, and to be honest, it feels like they're on backwards. I have worn them higher on the waist, and lower on the waist and it still just isn't comfy.
I really hate being negative, or giving back advice that isn't super great, but this is honestly the first miss from the VGHC gear for me. If you like a more structured pair of shorts, these are most definitely for you, otherwise, maybe consider their other options.
This company knows customer service! Had a slight manufacturing issue with a t shirt and they didn’t skip a beat to replace it and even pay for shipping to Canada. I took advantage of the shipping and added a few more items. The overall quality and fit of the shirt and shorts is awesome. Having a lower body of a hockey player it’s hard to find pants and shorts to fit properly, but VG has that dialed in. Love this company and everything it represents- make hockey violent again
gf was always like "can't you wear something besides gym shorts?" got myself a pair of these in that clean olive green and she doesn't complain anymore!
