I ordered the tee shirt and a banner for my son for Christmas. The day that I ordered from V/G, I also ordered from several other companies for additional gifts.
Unfortunately V/G was the only package that did not arrive before Christmas. In addition to the late package, no tracking number was provided for me to check the status of the shipment.
Once the items arrived, they were what was expected and the quality was great.
I just hope in the future you can work on the shipping process and the ability to monitor your item.
