We are now open for in-store shopping and/ in-store returns by appointment only. To book your appointment, please select a time below to "purchase" this FREE reservation. You will not be charged for the reservation but do need to complete the checkout process to reserve your spot. 

  

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION

 

  • Appointments to shop IN THE VG STORE must be purchased in advance to reserve your time slot
  • The store is located at our warehouse: 1032 W 18th St B1 Costa Mesa, CA 92627 
  • If you are looking to return/exchange an item please have your original order number ready and/or the email used to place the order 
  • Each reservation allows you and up to 3 guests to shop 
  • Masks are required at all times by everyone in your party, no exceptions
  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands as you check in before entering the store
  • Please note: This is NOT the same warehouse shopping we did in December. We ask that all guest stay within the store while a VG team member assists you - you will not be able to walk the warehouse and shop.
  • Jake's Crazy Deals will NOT be available
