Sizing is way off

Ordered a Large like 95% of my shirts are and could hardly pull it on. Fits my teenage boys who are 150lbs and usually wear sm or med. Very disappointed after spending extra $40 to ship to Canada and now have to ship back minus an additional $7 restocking fee.
